La Vaquerita is a family-run food truck built by and for the 915. What started as one truck on Zaragoza has grown into two locations and a catering operation that takes the truck to birthdays, quinceañeras, graduaciones, and office parties across El Paso.
The owners run every shift with the warmth that keeps regulars coming back weekly. When a new customer shows up, they sometimes get a free agua fresca just for trying the truck for the first time — porque así somos.
Every birria item comes from the same slow-cooked de res recipe. Quesabirria, mulitas, loaded fries, birria soup — all of it from the same pot that earned this truck its name in El Paso.
